Our Drovers will go anywhere.

To source our coffee, we don’t.

Making Drover Coffee

Wherever you’re serving it, the only way to end up with a great tasting cup of coffee is to start with great coffee beans.

We’ve chosen a blend of two varieties. One from the coffee heartlands of Brazil, the other from much further north in Nicaragua. Then we mix 60:40 in Brazil’s favour to create a sort of ‘Brazigua’ blend.

This mix isn’t indecision on our part. It’s the best way we’ve found to produce the depth and balance to satisfy as an espresso, as well as punching through the milk in our lattes and flat whites.

It’s then medium roasted to allow the beans’ natural sweetness to come to the surface, with good, lingering milk chocolate and hazelnut flavours and not a hint of bitterness.

Your barista will then grind the beans at the last possible moment to ensure it’s as fresh as possible when it finds its way into your cup.

Enjoy and do let us know what you think – after all, coffee is never just black and white.
